Japanimation cover

This was my first design project in second year. Even though it may not be the greatest image, I got a kick out of figuring out how to replicate a cel painting in Illustrator.

EDIT - This got in the Notable Entries of Design Graphics magazine. However they printed the one that wasn't finished and looked very rough.... So its mixed feelings, but still stoked to be published in the first place!
